Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and security seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our atelier, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
